Mr. Saks is a founding partner in the law firm of Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, L.L.P., attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio with a B.B.A. in Business Finance, Juris-Doctorate in Law and Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.).
Mr. Saks was appointed to the Texas Judicial Council and the Civil Justice, Juvenile, Guardianship, Mental Health, IDD Committees, for the State of Texas by Gov. Greg Abbott(2017-2021); a fellow member of the San Antonio Bar Foundation & Texas Bar Foundation, Board of Trustees for St. Mary’s University(2011-2019) & Academic Affairs, Law School Oversight
