With hard work, loyalty and integrity as the foundation, I will continue to seek justice for individuals and companies that have been harmed and/or accused of causing harm. Further and having focused a large portion of my legal career on the oil and gas industry, I will consult with oil and gas companies, both big and small, and assist them in developing sound and effective strategies and plans, including contract review, policies and procedures, emergency response plans and litigation support. Finally, I will serve as a mediator. Considering my vast litigation experience, including recent, “real world” experience handling lawsuits, I truly believe that I am uniquely positioned to be an effective mediator.
